About
Rattanakosin College for Sustainable Energy and Environment (RCSEE), Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin is an institution founded under the policy of Associate Professor Issaree Hansacharoonroj, Ph.D. (the former President of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin from 15 June 2005 to 15 August 2013). He was aware of the energy and environment crises occurring at the national and global levels. Therefore, the development of energy and environment personnel is very necessary to solve these crises. RCSEE has been committed to developing and providing postgraduates with master’s and doctoral programs. Our college has been operated in the form of an independent organization and has been regulated by the Board of Rattanakosin College for Sustainable Energy and Environment since 2009.
